We appreciate your business and want to make sure your experience with Hott Growth meets your expectations. This page covers our refund policy for digital products (like the Billion Dollar Audit Template) and consulting calls.

Digital products

We stand behind the quality of our digital products at Hott Growth LLC. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day money back guarantee. The same policy applies to the Billion Dollar Audit Template and any other digital product we sell.

Please take a moment to review our Refund Policy outlined below:

  1. Refund eligibility. If you don't find more than double the value of what you paid for your digital item, you can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase.
  2. How to request a refund. Reply to your order email (or email barry@hottgrowth.com) within 14 days of your purchase. Include your order number and a brief explanation of why you are not satisfied. Additional steps to confirm identity may be required.
  3. Refund processing time. Once we receive your request and verify your identity, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. The time may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
  4. Changes to this policy. Hott Growth LLC reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Please check this page or contact customer service for the most up-to-date information regarding our return and refund policies.

Consulting and audit calls

Consulting calls booked through the HottLine and the live audit-call upgrade are non-refundable once the call has been delivered. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your call using the link in your booking confirmation. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may not be refundable. If you booked the Template + Live Audit Call bundle and request a refund on the bundled template before your call, the call portion will be non-refundable once scheduled.
