Privacy Policy
Hott Growth LLC ("Hott Growth," "we," "us," or "our") operates hottgrowth.com (the "Site"), sells digital products and consulting services, and collects applications through the "Work with Barry" form. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.
If you have any questions, email barry@hottgrowth.com.
Who we are
Hott Growth LLC is a performance marketing consultancy run by Barry Hott and based in Brooklyn, New York. Hott Growth LLC is responsible for the personal information it collects through the Site and the "Work with Barry" form.
Information you give us
We collect the information you choose to provide, including when you:
- Subscribe to the Haveaclues newsletter. Your email address is submitted to our email delivery platform.
- Use the contact form. Your name, email address, company, and message are collected and stored using our form and data storage providers so we can review and respond to your inquiry.
- Submit the Agency Finder form. The information you enter (including company name, contact details, and details about what you're looking for) is collected and stored using our form and data storage providers so we can review and respond to your request.
- Buy a digital product (such as the Billion Dollar Audit Template). Checkout is processed by our payment provider, which collects your name, email, billing address, and payment details. We receive order details and your email. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
- Book a call on the HottLine or book a live audit call. Booking is handled by our scheduling provider, which collects your name, email, and the information you supply in the booking form.
Applications and interest in working with Barry
The "Work with Barry" form collects your name, email, business and role interests, the work you'd like to do, how you could help, whether and how Barry knows you, how you use AI, and a content or ad example. You can also provide a LinkedIn profile, website or portfolio, availability, a resume, and work samples. We receive the information in the answers, links, and documents you choose to share.
Barry and team members involved in reviewing applications use this information to review your experience and interests, consider possible work, and contact you about current or future opportunities. The form covers interest in Hott Growth, URL Love It, and Adcrate, including employment, freelance, leadership, and agency arrangements. Submitting it does not mean a vacancy is available or guarantee work. It does not subscribe you to marketing emails or the newsletter.
We use form, file storage, and spreadsheet providers to collect, store, organize, and review applications and uploaded documents. Responses may be transferred between these tools for those purposes. We also use spam and bot protection providers, which process technical information to help protect the form from abuse.
Barry and his team can access applications. Relevant application information may be shared with team members involved in considering you for work with Hott Growth, URL Love It, or Adcrate. Selecting a business tells us where you're interested in working; it does not automatically send your application to every business listed. For questions about who can access your application, email barry@hottgrowth.com.
Application retention depends on whether we are considering you for current or future work, our communications with you, any request you make to remove your information, and applicable recordkeeping requirements or legal claims. You can ask to access, correct, or delete your application, or ask us to stop considering you for future opportunities, at barry@hottgrowth.com. We may need to retain some records to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
