This template is based on my 14+ years at agencies and in-house reviewing accounts of tiny startups all the way up to massive household name brands. I’ve reviewed billions of dollars worth of ad data and this template covers all of the things I look for when performing an in-depth, detailed audit.

This covers nearly every component of an ad account that can be tweaked to improve performance, scale, or make it easier to operate.

You can tweak the audit to your own needs or perspective. Feel free to add or remove components as needed. I built this to be a one-size fits all template even though it won’t fit every business or account.
